Aceptación de los Términos
Al usar Lowkey Mood ("la App"), aceptas estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos"). Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no uses la App.
La App es operada por Leet Enterprises LLC ("nosotros", "nos", "nuestro").
Elegibilidad
Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar la App. Al usar la App, declaras que tienes al menos 13 años.
Si eres menor de 18 años, declaras que tu padre o tutor ha revisado y aceptado estos Términos en tu nombre.
Tu Cuenta
Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta. Esto incluye mantener tu dispositivo seguro y no compartir el acceso a tu sesión autenticada.
Eres responsable de toda la actividad que ocurra bajo tu cuenta.
Uso Aceptable
Aceptas usar la App solo para fines legales y de acuerdo con estos Términos. Aceptas NO:
- Usar la App para acosar, abusar o dañar a otros
- Suplantar la identidad de otra persona
- Compartir contenido ilegal, dañino, amenazante u odioso
- Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a la App o sus sistemas
- Usar herramientas automatizadas para acceder a la App sin nuestro permiso
- Interferir o interrumpir la App o sus servidores
- Violar cualquier ley o regulación aplicable
Contenido
Tu Contenido: Conservas la propiedad del contenido que creas en la App (tus entradas de ánimo, nombre para mostrar, etc.). Al usar la App, nos otorgas una licencia limitada para almacenar y mostrar este contenido a los amigos y grupos que elijas.
Estándares de Contenido: Tu nombre para mostrar y cualquier contenido que compartas no debe ser ofensivo, dañino o violar los derechos de otros.
Compras
La App ofrece paquetes de contenido opcionales para comprar. Todas las compras se procesan a través de la Apple App Store o Google Play Store y están sujetas a sus respectivos términos.
Reembolsos: Las solicitudes de reembolso son manejadas por Apple o Google según sus políticas. No procesamos reembolsos directamente.
Precios: Los precios se muestran en tu moneda local y pueden variar por región. Nos reservamos el derecho de cambiar los precios en cualquier momento, pero los cambios no afectarán las compras ya realizadas.
Propiedad Intelectual
La App y su contenido original (excluyendo el contenido del usuario), características y funcionalidad son propiedad de Leet Enterprises LLC y están protegidos por derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes.
"Lowkey Mood" y nuestro logo son marcas registradas de Leet Enterprises LLC.
Terminación
Por Ti: Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde Configuración → Cuenta → Eliminar Cuenta. Esto eliminará permanentemente tus datos de nuestros servidores.
Por Nosotros: Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso a la App si violas estos Términos o por cualquier otra razón a nuestra discreción. Intentaremos notificarte si es posible, pero no estamos obligados a hacerlo.
Descargos de Responsabilidad
La App se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que la App será ininterrumpida, segura o libre de errores.

No proporciona consejos médicos, diagnósticos ni recomendaciones de tratamiento, y no es un sustituto de la atención profesional de salud mental. Not a Crisis Intervention Service: The App is not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any medical emergency, please immediately contact your local emergency services (911 in the US), the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or a qualified healthcare provider. Do not rely on this App in any emergency situation.
Third-Party Resources: The App includes a Resources section containing contact information and links to third-party mental health organizations, crisis hotlines, and support services. This information is provided solely as a courtesy and for general informational purposes. We do not operate, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, quality, or timeliness of any third-party resource, service, or information listed. Phone numbers, URLs, and service descriptions may become outdated without notice. We are not responsible for the outcome of any contact you make with any third-party resource listed in the App, nor for any actions taken or not taken based on information provided by those resources. Your use of any third-party resource is entirely at your own risk and subject to that organization's own terms and policies.
No Professional Relationship: Use of the App does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional-client relationship between you and Leet Enterprises LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliates.
User-Generated Content: Mood data, feelings, needs, and other content shared between users through the App reflect the subjective self-reports of individual users. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content. You should not make medical, safety, or other critical decisions based on information shared through the App.
Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Leet Enterprises LLC no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo resultante de tu uso o incapacidad de usar la App.
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any reliance you place on information, content, or resources available through the App
- Any contact with or services provided by third-party resources listed in the App
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the App
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the App
- Any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App
In no event shall Leet Enterprises LLC's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the App exceed the amount you have paid to Leet Enterprises LLC in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leet Enterprises LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Cambios a los Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos de vez en cuando. Te notificaremos de cambios significativos a través de la App o en esta página. El uso continuado de la App después de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.
Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Carolina del Norte, Estados Unidos, sin tener en cuenta los principios de conflicto de leyes.
