Agreement to Terms
By using Lowkey Mood ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
The App is operated by Leet Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," "our").
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes keeping your device secure and not sharing access to your authenticated session.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Impersonate another person
- Share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or hateful
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Use automated tools to access the App without our permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Content
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (your mood entries, display name, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display this content to the friends and groups you choose.
Content Standards: Your display name and any content you share must not be offensive, harmful, or violate the rights of others.
Purchases
The App offers optional content packs for purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Pricing: Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Leet Enterprises LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
"Lowkey Mood" and our logo are trademarks of Leet Enterprises LLC.
Termination
By You: You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your data from our servers.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you if possible, but are not required to do so.
Disclaimers
As-Is Basis: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Entertainment and Personal Use Only: Lowkey Mood is a personal mood journaling and social sharing tool designed for entertainment, self-reflection, and casual social connection. It is NOT a medical device, therapeutic tool, diagnostic instrument, or healthcare service. The App does not provide medical advice, mental health diagnoses, treatment recommendations, clinical assessments, or professional counseling of any kind. Nothing in the App should be interpreted as a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, medical treatment, or emergency services.
Not a Crisis Intervention Service: The App is not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any medical emergency, please immediately contact your local emergency services (911 in the US), the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or a qualified healthcare provider. Do not rely on this App in any emergency situation.
Third-Party Resources: The App includes a Resources section containing contact information and links to third-party mental health organizations, crisis hotlines, and support services. This information is provided solely as a courtesy and for general informational purposes. We do not operate, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, quality, or timeliness of any third-party resource, service, or information listed. Phone numbers, URLs, and service descriptions may become outdated without notice. We are not responsible for the outcome of any contact you make with any third-party resource listed in the App, nor for any actions taken or not taken based on information provided by those resources. Your use of any third-party resource is entirely at your own risk and subject to that organization's own terms and policies.
No Professional Relationship: Use of the App does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional-client relationship between you and Leet Enterprises LLC, its owners, employees, or affiliates.
User-Generated Content: Mood data, feelings, needs, and other content shared between users through the App reflect the subjective self-reports of individual users. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content. You should not make medical, safety, or other critical decisions based on information shared through the App.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Leet Enterprises LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any reliance you place on information, content, or resources available through the App
- Any contact with or services provided by third-party resources listed in the App
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the App
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the App
- Any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App
In no event shall Leet Enterprises LLC's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the App exceed the amount you have paid to Leet Enterprises LLC in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leet Enterprises LLC, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
